Questions
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Features your new plan doesn't include are hidden until you upgrade again, and everything is where you left it.
- Do you take a cut of my clients' payments?
- No. Your clients pay you through your own connected Stripe account. Your AgencyOS subscription is the only thing we charge.
- Can I use my own domain?
- On Scale and Enterprise, the pages your clients use — intake forms, payment pages and signing pages — can be served on your own domain. Your team's workspace stays on ours, and card payments complete on Stripe.
- Is there a limit on team members?
- No. Every plan, including Starter (free), has unlimited team members. Pricing is flat per agency.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. Starter is free with no card, for as long as you like. It includes the CRM, projects and invoicing.
